I’ve thought of better things to say, but those words escape my mind today.
From admiration to resentment - what a coward you proved to be.
Father figure; well not to me.
35 years spent in the trenches. This dying union ain’t worth saving.
All those years that you spent praying didn’t save a god damn thing.
He should have just walked away.
Please don’t take this the wrong way, I won’t be around these days.
Can you see the look upon my face?
Please don’t take this the wrong way, I won’t be around these days.
Open your eyes because this is killing me.

A perfect punk album. What always amazes me is that it's littered with melodies and lyrics good enough on their own to build an entire song around, but Captain We're Sinking has so many great ideas, they don't need to stretch any single one beyond its welcome. This will have you coming back over and over again. John Martin
The Australian punks return with another round of turbo-charged riffs and debauched themes; crack open a cold one and get ready to mosh. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 10, 2024
New York hardcore meets classic thrash metal meets Jane's Addiction-esque alternative on the Brooklyn crushers' sensational debut. Bandcamp New & Notable Dec 13, 2023
Such a damn shame that this band broke up, but buy the record anyway. A bit of a grungy punk sound with all the pop sensibilities you can fit into 10 tracks. Aj LaGambina
